Accelerator
The Accelerator coating increases germination speed and gives up to 38% more grass in the first 7 days after sowing, and a faster establishment of your new lawn.
Poa pratensis is frequently found in the wild, in both mineral and humus rich soils in both northern and southern hemispheres. Fineleaved varieties with excellent turf qualities have been selected. Poa pratensis is a persistent species with strong rhizomes and erect leafy shoots. Growth starts early in the spring and regrowth consists mainly of leafy material that can be mown very easily leaving a clean cut. Poa pratensis tolerates hard wear and because of its rhizomes, it can regenerate itself even if the sward is badly damaged. Germination and establishment is slow. It is, however, drought tolerant and winter hardy. The heat tolerance of Poa pratensis is good which makes it a perfect partner in mixtures with tall fescue.
The Turfline® range covers every possible need for the consumer. Whether the need is for a drought and heat tolerant mixture, a mixture that thrives in shady areas or maybe a wear tolerant mixture for the family lawn – the Turfline® range has the solution.
