Janka's establishment is among faster varieties of Smooth-stalked meadow-grass. Spring growth in a variety test trials was considerably higher. While other check varieties' mean score was 5/9, Janka was scoring 7/9. This results in a very high yield of the 1st cut!

Rusts create a problem when it comes to forage quality. Janka can withstand the pressure of these fungi well, and help you secure a good quality and yield for your feed!

Smooth-stalked meadow-grass
Poa pratensis is frequently found in natural grasslands, in both mineral and humus rich soils. It is persistent with strong rhizomes and erect leafy shoots.
