Sustainability is an integrated part of DLF’s strategy and our work to develop solutions for agriculture and green spaces. Based on our Double Materiality Assessment (DMA), we focus on the areas where we have the greatest impact and the strongest opportunity to create value.
Sustainability in DLF
One of the seven global initiatives in our Connecting to Grow strategy is to ensure a unified approach to sustainability. We continue to strengthen our data foundation and integrate sustainability initiatives and processes across DLF.
Our Double Materiality Assessment helps us identify the sustainability topics that are most important to our business, our stakeholders and our impact on the world around us. The results form the basis of our sustainability strategy and priorities.
Sustainability through Seeds, Research and Collaboration
We are owned by Danish seed growers and operate our business based on a cooperative business model. Seed growing is a key part of our value chain and also an activity with significant environmental impacts. The close partnership with our suppliers and owners provides a strong foundation for developing a sustainable business in which we work towards shared goals.
