Governance and reporting

Over the past decade, DLF has developed from a Europe-focused organisation into a global company. Responsible corporate governance, trustworthy business conduct and shared values are central elements of this development. We work to create value through integrity, transparency and accountability across our organisation and value chain.

Responsible Corporate Governance

At DLF, we recognise that a company’s strength is not measured by financial performance alone, but also by its impact on society and the environment. We are committed to creating a culture where personal values and company goals support one another.

Our global values translate our purpose into action. They serve as shared principles for decision-making and collaboration and support consistency, accountability and shared behaviour across our global organisation.

Integrity, Data Security and Compliance

DLF strives to be a trusted partner for employees, suppliers and other stakeholders. Our employees represent the company every day, and it is therefore essential that their actions reflect our values and ethical standards.

We have zero tolerance for actions that violate our Code of Conduct, ethical guidelines or applicable laws relating to corruption, bribery and money laundering.

IT and data security are fundamental to our business, product and service development, and daily operations. We prioritise data security and continuously strengthen our systems, processes and controls.

Trustworthy and transparent business conduct is an integrated part of our culture.
