J Fescue
- 100% premium fine fescue blend
- Fine, dense and uniform playing surface
- Strong disease tolerance
- High drought and salt tolerance
- Close-mown performance
- For greens, tees and fine fairways
J Fescue is a premium 100% fine fescue mixture developed for golf greens, tees and fine fairways where surface quality, consistency and playing performance are essential. Its balanced combination of slender creeping red fescue and Chewings fescue produces a fine-leaved, dense and uniform turf capable of maintaining quality under close mowing.
Slender creeping red fescue contributes fine leaf texture, drought and salt tolerance and the ability to spread gradually into small gaps. Chewings fescue adds very high shoot density, close-mown quality and increased disease tolerance. The combination helps create a clean, tight surface while reducing the risk that disease damage develops into open, uneven areas.
The result is a firm, refined and visually attractive turf that supports smooth ball movement and consistent playing conditions. J Fescue is particularly well suited to links and heathland courses, as well as other locations seeking the traditional appearance and playing characteristics of fine fescue turf.
