Robust varieties tested with low input
When growing through tough environments, our sustainable grasses still prevail
DLF varieties recently participated in an A-LIST (Alliance for Low Input Sustainable Turf) tall fescue trial at Rutgers University and three other universities, to study how different varieties cope with low nitrogen input, no fungicides and reduced water.
The trial revealed clear benefits from sustainable grasses with new genetics, including a superior recovery after receiving no water. A-LIST varieties are also coping well at NTEP trials (National Turfgrass Evaluation Program).
