New External Board Member at DLF
The Board of Directors in DLF is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristian Hundebøll as a new external board member of the company.
Kristian Hundebøll has had a distinguished career at DLG, where he served as Group CEO for the past 12 years. Now his focus are on new challenges, particularly in board and organizational roles. Kristian Hundebøll holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Aarhus University and has furthered his education with studies at INSEAD, MIT, and Harvard Business School. He holds several board positions, including as a member of the board at Danmarks Nationalbank, chairman of DAKOFO, and former president and now in the chairmanship of INTERCOOP, the European agro-industrial association.
With the appointment of Kristian Hundebøll, DLF Amba’s board now comprises 12 members: seven shareholder representatives elected at the company’s general meeting, two employee representatives, and three external members appointed by the board.
Christian Høegh-Andersen, chairman of the board at DLF Amba, expressed his excitement for Kristian Hundebøll joining the board: "The board of Directors looks forward to working with Kristian, who brings extensive knowledge and leadership experience within agriculture and cooperative operations and a deep market knowledge in and outside Europe.
