DLF is responsible for processing your personal data when you participate in our customer loyalty surveys.

2.1 The purpose of processing of personal data
The overall purpose of the processing is to map out our customers', including the loyalty towards us
2.2 Legal basis for processing
The processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest in knowing our customers' level of loyalty with us.
3.1 Categories of recipients
Your personal data is disclosed to our data processors, e.g. our analysis partner that assists with our customer loyalty surveys.
3.2 Categories of beneficiaries in third countries
To send out the NPS survey, we use a supplier that is located outside EU. Therefore, your personal data is transferred to third countries. A third country is a country outside the EU/EEA, such as the United States.
The information is not transferred to international organisations. An international organisation, for example, is the United Nations, the European Union or NATO.
4. Retention period
Your personal data is ordinarily stored for up to three years from the time we have received your answers.
5. Obligations
You are not obliged to provide the personal data.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you. To exercise your rights, contact marketing@dlf.com

You have the right to access the information we process about you and a representation of the information above.
6.1.2. Right of rectification
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
